Michael has been a strength and mindset coach for almost 15 years. He’s the owner of Breakthrough Secrets and host of The Strength Connection Podcast.
Michael helps busy professionals create a harmony in
their physical, mental and spiritual strength practices to help them live out their fullest potential and most joyful life.
He believes in the process of mastery ~ that everyone is capable of becoming a master of their own lives using strength practice.
Most health and fitness programmes have been designed for the individual to mould their lives around the programme. This is the exact opposite of what is sustainable for continuous progress and mastery in everyday life.
Michael’s goal is to help teach others that strength is not just one thing. It is a connection of all things in our lives, and everyone is capable of achieving it.
I believe that one of our failings as humans is an over-compartmentalisation of things. Breaking it down is of course necessary some of the time. But we overdo it and miss beneficial connections and integrations. I love how Michael has integrated physical strength with inner personal strength. A very helpful integration for leaders today who need all of their strength to navigate the challenges of today.
